When does registration open?
General registration opens in late December for the following year, and will remain open until March 31.

Registration is thru CCN Bikes. use the Contact form to send us a message, and we'll forward you the link.
Do I need to be a Cycling BC member in order to ride with Gastown Cycling?
Yes. For insurance purposes, a Cycling BC license is required to become a club member. A Cycling BC license is not included in the cost of club membership. If you do not currently have a valid Cycling BC license you will be prompted to purchase one during the registration process. The Cycling BC membership will be added to your transaction and noted as a separate line item on your receipt.
Is there an early bird incentive?
As a matter of fact, yes there is. Register before Jan 31 to get a free pair of Gastown Cycling socks. Cycling BC also typically offers a discount on licenses if you register before early January (see Cycling BC website for details).
Uh oh, I just looked at the calendar, and it's past March 31, can I still register?
Late member registration is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please use the Contact form to let us know you're interested in registering after March 31
