Do you have the Courage 2 Go Further?

Gastown Cycling is proud to be supporting Coast Mental Health’s ‘Courage 2 Go Further’ campaign this year, keeping you active while raising crucial funds for people living with mental illness right here in BC.

We know how positive keeping active and having a goal can be, and with many ‘normal’ races cancelled, why not take on a personal challenge instead with the #courage2gofurther? Join Olympic cyclist Joanie Caron, friend of Gastown Fiona Magendie, together with many others in the Vancouver cycling community and shine a light on mental health.

Here’s how it works: 1 - Choose a challenge that will push you – Whether it’s cycling your first Imperial Century, completing the local Triple Crown, or getting out for a ride everyday of the week. No challenge is too small, or too BIG!

2 - Hustle your friends and family for donations for @coastmentalhealth 3 - Attempt to complete this challenge at a time to suit you during July and August Everybody’s challenge will be unique, just as every person’s recovery from mental illness is unique. To take part simply register as an individual here: www.courage2gofurther.ca
